The current payment options we accept are Credit- and debit card, bank wire and Paypal. 

Shopping with Snusdirect is safe, we use the maximal level of security. The communication between us, you and PayEx is encrypted when the data is exchanged. Snusdirect never accumulate or directly handle credit card details.

We currently accept following credit- and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express. To verify your card payments, you might need to use the security method 3D secure. The service is called Verified by Visa for Visa cards and MasterCard SecureCode for MasterCard cards. This is to avoid misuse of the card and to make sure the card owner that executes the payment. If you want to connect your credit card to 3D secure, please contact your bank.

Use IBAN and Swift to make payments in advance to our bank account, in US Dollars (USD), Euro (EUR) or Swedish Krona (SEK). After your order is placed, the payment instructions will be sent to your email. Your order will be processed when we have received your payment, within 1-2 banking days.

To complete the Paypal-payment you will be redirected to Paypal. Please contact customer service at Paypal if you have any payment related questions.

The ordering limit can vary depending on shipping method and country. You can find the restrictions for your purchase at the checkout. Make sure to read all the details that appear at the checkout, and please make sure to contact your local customs office about regulations and limits in your country.

Unfortunately, we do not ship to Sweden. This is the list of countries we ship to.

We offer free shipping within the EU for all orders of 75 € or more. For orders under under 75 €, the shipping cost is 10 €.

As soon as your order is shipped you will receive a separate email from UPS with your tracking information.

We ship with UPS within the EU. UPS offers a fully traceable and secure delivery service; transit time is usually 1-8 business days.

The delivery time with UPS is 1-8 business days, however, sometimes delays occur that are out of our control. Contact out customer support for more information.

If you want to cancel your order, please contact customer support as soon as possible, this is only possible if it is still in process.

 Snus is a perishable product and unfortunately, we do not take it in return.

The tax is included in the price for packages shipped within the EU, if you order to a country outside of the EU, please contact your local customs office for information since customs policies depends on the country. It is your responsibility as a customer to make sure the product can lawfully be imported to the country of your choice. The additional customs charges must be borne by the recipient.

If you forget your password, you can change it via the “forgot your password” link visible in the log-in window under “registered customers”, then follow the steps provided.

It is possible to update your address in your account under settings. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have already placed your order.

You automatically earn points for every bought can, as long as you are logged in as a member when you place your order. You can check your points under “my account”, shown on your dashboard.

Earn 1 point for all bought cans so you can claim your free gifts and free rolls when you reach higher levels. Gain a free roll for each 100 points and a free gift for each 50 points. The rewards will be waiting for you at the checkout when you place your next order. At 100 points the reward program will go back to zero so you can earn and receive even more rewards straight away.

Points are only available when your order is completed and shipped. 

Do not worry, the reward can disappear if you have an unsuccessful order, but they will show up on your account within one hour after the failed order!

All sales are online and we do not have a physical store. We do not sell products within Sweden.
