For over a decade, we’ve served our 100,000-strong, 150+ country-wide customer community with Sweden’s most sought-after nicotine pouches, nicotine-free pouches, and sweet treats. The best thing? We love every second of it.

Who are we?

We’re a friendly bunch of portion-packing, Marabou-munching e-commerce experts who love all things nicotine pouches and Sweden. Most of us work from our headquarters in Grebbestad, on our country’s wonderful west coast. But we’ve also got brilliant staff dotted all over Europe and the UK.

At our core, we’re a family-run business. In 2010, we established SnusDirect.com together with a close friend. Seeing hours of backyard brainstorming come to life was a magical moment – and we’re blessed to have had many more that have been similar since then! From our first order on the original ‘.com’ website, packed with nervous excitement in our front room, to the surreal last few seconds before this site, Snusdirect.eu launched six years later. It's been a blast.

What’s our ‘why’?

As Swedish ex-pats, we spent many years globetrotting. It was a great experience, of course – but there’d be times when we’d miss home. We knew it’d be tough to part from its stunning nature, calm culture, and smiley people. However, something we didn’t expect was that we’d miss its products so much. Not to mention that we also wouldn’t be able to find them!

So, in true Swedish style, we searched far and wide for snus and nicotine pouches. But did we find any? Nope! Over time, we found it hard to feel connected to home without its comforts. We felt like we weren’t included, in a sense. New releases, special editions, different formats…we missed out big time! And that’s why our ‘why’ is inclusivity.
